In 2005, Jael’s daughter, Leynni, joined the agency to help bring structure and leadership during a time of growth. With no prior experience in insurance and limited Spanish, despite serving many Spanish-speaking clients, she faced early challenges head-on. Through perseverance, she became fluent in Spanish and worked to modernize the agency’s operations.
Leynni spearheaded the transition into the digital era, introducing paperless systems, automated phone tools, and integrated communication platforms to make processes more efficient. Under her leadership, the agency has successfully navigated recessions, the COVID-19 pandemic, and ongoing industry changes. Her adaptability, organizational skills, and commitment to clients have positioned JIA as a resilient, forward-thinking agency.
